HEIGHTECH Safety Systems is a Registered Training Organisation and offers a wide range of courses in the height safety, confined space and rescue fields.

The courses covers the applicable skills and techniques as well as the relevant knowledge required of the Occupational Health and Safety regulations, Australian standards, and industry codes.

Courses can be conducted at one of our training centres, or on-site allowing the application of the skills and knowledge during the training to be applied in actual work situations.

Cancellation and Reschedule Policy for Training

  • Substitutions of attendee may be made at any time.
  • Cancellation and/or reschedule requests must be received in writing by email or fax. You are responsible for ensuring that HEIGHTECH receives your written request. HEIGHTECH will reply with a written acknowledgement.
  • Attendees must cancel more than 10 business days prior to the course date to receive a full refund.
  • Cancellation requests received 5 to 10 business days prior to the course date will result in 50% of the Fee being charged.
  • Cancellation requests received 48 hours prior to the course date will result in the FULL Fee being charged.
  • HEIGHTECH reserves the right to cancel or reschedule training  at any time. If HEIGHTECH Safety Systems cancels or reschedules the training due to unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of HEIGHTECH Safety Systems, you are entitled to a full refund, but HEIGHTECH Safety Systems is not responsible for travel arrangements, travel fees, or any expenses incurred by you as a result of such cancellation. If HEIGHTECH Safety Systems cancels a seminar in which you are enrolled, you will be contacted at the email address you provided when registering, so please be sure to provide a valid email address.
